Can I use the same account as a driver and as a provider?

Each role has its own experience inside TrukGo, with different screens and flows. When you sign up you choose Driver or Provider, because what someone hauling freight needs to see and what someone shipping freight needs to see are different things.

What happens between posting and the first offer?

As soon as you post, your load becomes visible on the map to carriers working that area. Time to the first offer depends on the route, the departure date and the reference price you proposed.

Is the reference price mandatory?

It's a starting point, not a locked rate. It tells carriers the range you're thinking in. They can offer above or below, and you decide which offer to accept.

Can an agreed trip be cancelled?

Trip statuses are logged in the app from the moment an offer is accepted. A cancellation shows in the history of whoever requests it, and that affects the visible reputation of that account.
