The app is in testing

TrukGo is not on the public stores yet. Google Play and the App Store are in a testing phase: if you were invited as a tester, continue to the store. Otherwise, the public download is coming soon.

For now the app is in testing on Google Play and the App Store. Downloading and signing up will be free on Android and iOS.

Your first steps

Sign-up differs depending on what you'll be doing on TrukGo.

If you carry freight

  1. Create your account and choose the Driver role.

  2. Verify your identity (document and selfie) and complete your licence.

  3. Register your vehicle: plate, type, capacity and evidence photos.

  4. In Loads near you, send your first offer.

If you ship freight

  1. Create your account and choose the Provider role.

  2. Verify your identity (national ID or tax ID) and complete your company details.

  3. Add your company photo.

  4. Post your shipment with origin, destination and freight price.

Technical requirements

What your phone needs for TrukGo to work properly.

  • Android and iOS

    Compatible with Android and iOS versions still under active vendor support.

  • Location permission

    Required to show loads near you and to track the trip.

  • Internet connection

    The map and offers update in real time, so you need mobile data or Wi-Fi.

  • Notifications

    Recommended: it's how you hear about a new offer or a change to your trip.
